Did you know under the new Florida law, it eliminates assignment of benefits on policies issued after January 1st, 2023. That means you cannot provide companies the right to sue your insurance company for services they provided to you. In other words, you will need to hire these companies without any expectation of being reimbursed by your insurance company.
