Important information you must know about the new Florida law changes. Insurance companies must investigate claims within seven days under the new law. If you file the claim, your insurance company has seven days to start their investigation. Make sure to use your calendar and keep track of your claim and hold your insurance company responsible for not taking timely action on your claim.
